Woodwright’s Legacy

I build original furniture and boxes using traditional joinery and some laminated bent wood.

Wood works using Native American and Asian inspired in Functional Art, wall art and sculptures.

Custom, hand-made furniture of original designs using primarily local, native Northwest hardwoods.

Unique utensils, crafts and assorted items made from wood. Mainly walnut & maple, individually done.

I begin with raw lumber to make my personally designed functional wood items.

Wood turned on a lathe and then carved with a dental drill and burnt with a wire-tipped wood burner.

I create unique, hand-crafted, eco-friendly furniture, home goods and art from salvaged plywood.

We use maple, bamboo & hickory plywoods with routers, table saws, chop saws and sanding tools.

I select wood from downed local trees. I turn and finish to maximize pleasing shapes and colors.

Local wood and colored epoxy are cured together then hand-shaped, drilled, sanded, and oiled.
