My name is Michelle Volz, acrylic nature landscape painter. I use a combo of brush and palette knife

We cut, bend and hammer antique silverware, then adorn it with stones and pearls to create jewelry.

I layer and kiln fuse COE96 glass to create nature inspired glass art

I make symbolic paintings and illustrations often inspired by the animal kingdom.

Inspired by the mystical, magical, and surreal, my works are created using acrylics on wood panels.

With vibrant acrylic paint, ink, and gold leaf, I color block mountains & national park landscapes.

I use paint, ink, and pencil to create images on maps or other found paper of the animal kingdom.

I use oil and acrylic paint on canvas, wood and panels to bring whimsical animals to life.

I am constantly exploring the relationship between nature and change through the cyanotypes process.
