I paint with several layers of acrylic paint, I use brushes, spatulas, palette knives and tape.

Using small brushes, mixing from primaries, I create vibrant, complex color on a burnt sienna ground

Using cradled birch I use oils and mark making to evoke emotion and place within abstracted realism.

Acrylics are my primary medium and playing with color to capture emotion is my joy.
